Looking for a talented and dynamic Guest Service Agent who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Guest Service Agent is a central part of our hotel team whose main objective is to ensure our guests smooth arrival and departure experience. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Good problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems. Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required. The Guest Service Agent position requires continuous standing for the majority of the shift. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
**This is a shift work position that requires our Guest Service Agents to be able to work all three of the shifts; 8am to 4pm, 4pm to Midnight, and Midnight to 8am. However, Midnight to 8am shifts are rare**
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: $17.00 per hour
