Sales Marketing - Company production for POS System Installation and Hardware services
Experience for designer, Facebook and Website jobs for > one year
Experience more than 1 year and knowledge support calls talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
responding to breakdowns investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults. maintaining records of software licences
managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
