What’s the role?

The role is all about looking after the Allgo Rewards accounts and managing the daily flows of funds between clients, suppliers and the various Allgo bank accounts. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the main contact person for all accounting tasks and communications. The role will suit a Trainee Accountant or Graduate who wants to get hands-on industry experience in a fast-growing Irish services company.

What will my responsibilities include?

Daily bank reconciliations.

Daily bank transfers between Allgo bank accounts.

Accounts Receivable.

Accounts Payable.

Managing the month-end accounts process.

Issuing monthly managed service Invoices.

Paying Gift Partners each month.

Managing the Allgo accounts email inbox.

Working with our company accountants (TRA Professionals) to prepare Management Accounts, VAT Returns, and Annual Returns.

Working with the CEO on business strategy and financing.

Working with Enterprise Ireland on grant funding.

Helping to prepare the monthly payroll.

What type of person are you looking for?

Our ideal candidate will:
Hold a primary honours degree or higher qualification in accounting or finance.

Have experience in managing accounting tasks in a service or technology company.

Have the ability and motivation to grow into a senior role with Allgo Rewards.

Responsible, organised and analytical.

Can do attitude, reliable, helpful, and outgoing
